Assessing the significance of the impact | ■ Conduct discussions on sustainability issues in a workshop format, identify the most overlapping sustainability themes in peer sustainability reports, and rank them by importance after considering their weights. |

■ After the discussion of KUEN LING Sustainable Development Promotion Group, five major themes were identified: regulatory compliance, occupational safety and health, energy and greenhouse gas management, climate change, and low-carbon/green products. ■ This year's sustainability report will be written based on the major themes listed above, and will fully disclose its management policies and performance results. |
Phase 4: Reporting and Disclosure | |
News reporting and disclosure | ■ The Sustainability Committee develops management systems and processes, collects information, and compiles a sustainability report, which is then reviewed and audited by a subcommittee to ensure that sustainability information and performance are accurately expressed. The final report is approved by the Board of Directors and issued before August 31 each year. |
