Talent cultivation and development
We plan tailored training programs for different levels and positions to enhance employee professional competence and management skills, achieve company operational goals, and strengthen corporate competitiveness. Furthermore, through the "Guidelines for On-the-job Employee Training" and "Regulations on the Management of Professional Certification Subsidies," we provide additional training and certification subsidies to encourage employees to stay current and learn new knowledge. In 2024, the number of employees receiving training reached 189, representing 98.95% of the total annual workforce, with an average training duration of 26 hours.

In accordance with the "Employee Assessment Methods," we conduct regular monthly assessments and performance reviews with employees. The focus of these assessments is to impartially evaluate work effectiveness and value, motivate employee enthusiasm, and align these with the company's business objectives. Performance assessment results serve as the basis for salary adjustments, promotions and rotations, and career development planning. Annual employee promotions are made based on the previous year's assessments to ensure a transparent, fair, and comprehensive promotion pipeline.
In 2024, a total of 97.12% of regular employees completed their annual performance appraisals. Except for the general manager, colleagues in the overseas service department and part-time employees with fixed-term contracts, all other employees underwent assessments.
