2022 DC variable frequency packaged unit In response to the sustainable trend of energy conservation and carbon reduction, we developed a DC variable frequency packaged unit to reduce customers' operating energy consumption.
Domestic magnetic levitation centrifugal unit The Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, is collaborating with upstream, midstream, and downstream professional manufacturers in the refrigerant compressor and chiller industries. These manufacturers include Fu Sheng, a manufacturer of compression and motor products, Ning Mao, a manufacturer of high-speed inverters, and KUEN LING , a manufacturer of high-efficiency chiller systems. The project aims to develop a 120-ton magnetic levitation centrifuge and conduct field testing on a dual-pressure, high-efficiency chiller system to ensure the product meets market requirements.
2023 China Steel DC variable frequency packaged unit Cooperate with OEMs to develop DC variable frequency packaged unit to improve CSPF (Cooling Seasonal Performance Factor) and reduce customers' operating energy consumption.
"Zero tolerance" COP≧7.1, energy efficiency level 1 domestic magnetic levitation centrifugal unit As the first domestically developed 1000RT-class model certified by ITRI under zero tolerance conditions, the unit adopts locally produced magnetic levitation centrifugal chillers. Compared with the previous models, efficiency at all RT capacities has been improved by 15%.
2024 Developed a model using low GWP refrigerant R-513a In response to the sustainable trend of carbon reduction, we have developed a chiller with a low GWP value to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by refrigerant leakage from the client.

Product energy-saving performance

Our company offers multiple models of domestically produced magnetic levitation centrifuges for customer use. By replacing previously imported centrifuges (Class III energy efficiency) with domestically produced high-efficiency magnetic levitation variable frequency centrifuges (Class I energy efficiency), we not only promote local industrial development but also effectively reduce energy consumption for our customers. For example, RT's largest model, the KLTW-1000D-1, can reduce energy consumption by over 700,000 kWh per year, which translates to a reduction of over 2,500 GJ of energy. This helps reduce energy consumption during customer use and indirectly reduces greenhouse gases generated by electricity consumption.

Green Energy Saving Label

To transparently present the energy consumption of KUEN LING products to customers, we apply for energy-saving labels for products that meet the requirements of the Agency of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Allowable Energy Consumption Standards and Energy Efficiency Grading Labeling Methods and Inspection Methods for Vapor Compression Chillers." Currently, we have over 800 products registered, of which approximately 20% are Class 1 energy-efficient. All products display the energy-efficiency label on their exteriors. This year, we did not violate any regulations related to product labeling or product and service health and safety, and we expect to maintain this excellent record going forward.
