It can increase the host capacity by approximately 9% and improve reliability, saving maintenance costs for refrigerant oil replacement. Multi-pressure parallel operation without oil return problems can achieve better partial load efficiency. Sudden power failure will automatically slow down and stop, and mechanical friction damage due to lack of refrigerant oil will not be caused.
The rotor of this series of compressors can adjust the speed according to the load. The speed range is 15,000~37,000 RPM.
Part-load energy efficiency is exceptional, saving over 30% compared to conventional screw compressors. Excellent part-load efficiency (IPLV) of 0.34 to 0.43 kW/RT significantly reduces operating electricity costs.
The compressor has a built-in DC inverter, which does not require an additional installation in the distribution board.
When the main power supply suddenly fails, the compressor turns into a generator and automatically slows down and stops, eliminating the need for an additional emergency power supply system and oil supply circuit.
The maximum noise level at full load is 70dB(A), and at partial load it can be lower than 56dB(A). It is suitable for environments requiring low noise levels.
It adopts a two-stage open high-efficiency centrifugal impeller.
The impeller shaft is the only moving part of the compressor, and it operates stably and has high reliability.
